The book is about the lessons I learned by walking the thousand-year old Camino de Santiago trail across Spain. The book is organized into 6 parts: 

1. Introduction - Who I am and why I walked the Camino;
2. Part 1 - The history and modern story of the Camino;
3. Part 2 - The values the Camino taught me (i.e., the bulk of the book, including Chapter 4);
4. Part 3 - Other career and life lessons the Camino taught me;
5. Part 4 - Advice on how readers can find their own experience like the Camino; and
6. Appendices - Logistics and more information about walking the Camino.  

The book uses examples from my career in a 'before-versus-after the Camino' perspective to bring the lessons to life. To augment my own experience, I gathered stories from over 100 other Camino pilgrims from 16 countries and included dozens of those stories in this book.
