I send periodic updates to followers of The Camino Way book. Here is an example.
Happy New Year! I hope 2018 is off to a great start for you. Here is the latest news about my book -The Camino Way.
The Globe and Mail, Canada's largest newspaper, mentionedThe Camino Way among its list of the best business books of 2017. See the article here.
Australia's largest newspaper, the Herald Sun, listed The Camino Wayas one of the books that CEOs in Australia are reading this summer. See the article here.
If you want to know where you (or someone else) can borrow a copy of The Camino Way book, it is stocked in public libraries across 40 US states and in countries across 6 continents. You can see if your local library has a copy at the full list and clickable map on my website.
If you know folks in Ireland or Ohio interested in the Camino, here are the details on the next two book tour events in those locations for The Camino Way in January. See details here.
If you might want to join a group walking tour, my next one will be a week on England's Augustine Camino in April 2018. It goes to Canterbury, England along the ancient pilgrim route that inspired the The Canterbury Tales by Geoffrey Chaucer in the 1300s, which many consider to be the first book published in English. We will be doing events as part of The Camino Way book tour along the way. Reply to me or contact the Augustine Caminofor more information.
The Portland Book Review just posted this 4.5 out of 5 star review of The Camino Way: "The mystical power of the Camino de Santiago is captured in a provocative way by Prince in this part-travel, part-leadership lessons book..." See full review here.
The PM World Journal just posted this review of The Camino Way: "This compelling book tells a wonderful story of self-reflection, self-awareness, and the importance of putting issues at work, life events, etc. into perspective... I will be posting the seven guideposts of the Camino Trail on my bedroom mirror and in my office to serve as my leadership reminders to abide by every day." See the full review here.
My latest interview on the book tour was with Pat Williams, NBA Hall of Famer and co-founder of the Orlando Magic. Pat was recently featured in the ESPN film about Shaq/Penny and the Orlando Magic for, among other things, being the lucky guy who won the #1 pick in two NBA lotteries in a row. Hear the interview here.
I could still use your help in one way!Beyond the media reviews, the book is getting great reviews from readers too - but it could just use more of those. People don't see the newspaper reviews on Amazon as easily as they see the reader ratings. If you can take a minute to just click on a star rating or post a short review on Amazon.com or on Goodreads.com, I would appreciate it very, very much!
Thanks again for your help with the book. I'd love to hear what's new with you, so reply back with an email if you have a minute. If you are on Facebook, you can also connect with me and the book on #TheCaminoWayBook page.
